Bob Sanders. Contractor and Developer

Bob began working in construction over 40 years ago and has been the owner of Westland Construction, Inc. since 1985. His residential construction career has included patio homes, villas and numerous custom homes. Bob has also developed several residential and commercial developments. He will be working directly with you from your lot purchase through the completion of your Villa.

David Sanders. Project Manager

David started in the construction field framing houses when he was in high school. David graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2009 with an Education degree. During his time as a teacher, David continued to work for Westland Construction during the summers. He and Bret also renovated several houses, some which they have sold and others are rental houses. After teaching for 8 years, David began working full time for Westland in 2016. He will be managing the sub contractors, as well as working onsite daily at the Villas.

Bret Sanders. Project Manager

Bret has worked for Westland Construction since he was in high school. After graduating from the University of Missouri in 2011 with a business degree, he worked at Southwest Airlines for four years. During this time, he worked part time for Westland Construction. As stated above, Bret and David have experience flipping homes together. He has worked full time for Westland Construction since 2015. Bret will be overseeing the commencement of construction of your house, as well as doing trim carpentry.
