As a starting point, we will use the model as a basis for all choices that are made. Unless you specifically request otherwise, the model will serve to illustrate the specific choices that will be made for appliances, plumbing fixtures, light fixture placement, etc.
Below are the steps you will need to take to get the home building process started.
1. Online Selections: Before meeting with Bob Sanders to go through all the details of your home, we need you to look through this selection site to make several of your selections. These selections range from door styles to window grills. Please print and fill out he selection sheet below. This will speed up the meeting and should answer many of your questions.
2. Bob Sanders: Schedule a meeting with Bob Sanders to go through your selections.
3. SRS Design: Schedule a meeting with Shannan Slavens to make your style selections.
4. Factory Direct: Schedule a meeting to choose a stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
5. Miller’s Custom Cabinets: Schedule a meeting with Dave McKern to design your cabinets and choose your granite.
6. Winn Supply: If you would like different Delta plumbing fixtures than what are shown in the model. You will need to set up a meeting with Wendy from Shela WinNelson to choose new Delta plumbing fixtures.

Please choose one elevation from the following list.
Windows
Your home will have Jeld Wen vinyl windows. You will need to choose the grills for the front of the house. If you would like no grills, colonial grills, or prairie grills.

Please choose one of the following door styles.

Your exterior door will match your interior doors. The Cambridge and the Colonial door come as solid doors, but the Craftsman II has a few options.

After your selection meeting with Bob Sanders, you will be meeting with Shannan Slavens with SRS Design. You will be making many of your color and design selections with Shannan.
You will choose the following with Shannan.

You will select your microwave, dishwasher, and stove at Factory Direct Appliance. The appliance allowance does not include a refrigerator. You will need to give the appliance model numbers to Dave McKern at Miller Cabinet to ensure the cabinet design will accommodate the appliances. You need to determine if you would like a gas or electric stove.

After meeting with Shannan at SRS Design and picking your appliances out at Factory Direct you will be meeting with Dave McKern from Miller Cabinets. He will help you make your cabinet selections for your home. This will include cabinet style, stained or painted wood, cabinet hardware, and you will also be choosing your granite slab with Dave. Don't forget to take your appliance model numbers to this meeting.

You will be making your lighting selections next. We have worked with Wilson lighting for over 20 years. They will guide you through all your lighting selections. You will be meeting with Lashell Hall.

Brian Grant Plumbing
Brain Grant will be doing the plumbing on your home. Each home will use the same standard Delta fixtures that are shown in the model. If you would like to choose Delta fixtures that are different than the model you will pick them out at the Win Supply showroom in Kearney.
